Tomas Farchi
- Profesor en Comportamiento Humano
Tomas Farchi es Profesor en el área de Comportamiento Humano en la Organización en el IAE Business School. Conjuntamente con su posición en el IAE, Tomas es Associate Fellow en la Universidad de Oxford e investigador becado por el National Institute for Health Research (NIHR, UK). Su investigación explora la naturaleza del conocimiento profesional y las barreras que existen para su integración / utilización en equipos y proyectos multidisciplinarios.
Tomas realizó su Doctorado (PhD) en Management en Saïd Business School (Universidad de Oxford), donde también completó un Master en Management Research (graduado con honores). Sus estudios de grado los realizó en la Universidad Austral, donde se recibió de Licenciado en Comunicación; estudios que luego completó con un MBA a tiempo completo en el IAE Business School (graduado con Magna cum Laude). Su experiencia profesional abarca trabajos como consultor en comunicaciones y marketing en Aja Espil y Asociados (afiliada a Hill & Knowlton Inc), VENTURA, y CCR Market Research.
En sus proyectos de investigación Tomas ha trabajado con el NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, los centros de Investigación Biomédica de Oxford, Cambridge y University College London, y los Oxford University Hospitals. Su investigación ha recibido el apoyo económico del NIHR y de Rosemary Stewart Scholarships. Los resultados de su investigación han sido publicados en las siguientes revistas científicas: "Organization Studies Journal", "Social Science and Medicine Journal", "Journal of Product Innovation Management", "The International Journal of Innovation Management", "Advances in Mergers and Acquisitions" y en "Academy of Management Proceedings".
