Pablo Fernandez

Pablo es Licenciado en Economía por la Universidad de Buenos Aires y Master en Administración de Empresas por el IAE Business School. Obtuvo su doctorado en EMLyon Business School, Francia. Sus intereses de investigación se centran en los procesos de inclusión social en los que poblaciones marginadas tratan de organizarse y trabajar colectivamente para recuperar su dignidad (muchas veces negada) y generar un cambio para ellas mismas y sus comunidades. A un nivel más amplio, le interesa comprender cuestiones de poder y resistencia en las organizaciones y en torno a ellas. Utiliza sobre todo métodos cualitativos y etnográficos. Parte de su investigación se ha publicado en Organization Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management Inquiry y Business & Society.
